I proudly ship my original artwork internationally. International delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, holidays, and local postal services.

Secure Packaging

Each original painting is carefully packaged to protect it during transportation. I take great care to ensure your artwork is securely prepared before it leaves my studio.
If your artwork arrives damaged, you are required to keep all original packaging and shipping materials, including the shipping box, protective materials, invoices, and shipping label. You must also provide clear photographs of the damaged artwork and packaging.
This documentation may be required for a Canada Post investigation and claim. Canada Post advises recipients of damaged packages to retain the original packaging and take photographs immediately. (Canada Post)

Shipping Coverage (Shipping Is Free Worldwide)

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed as lost during shipping, I will work with Canada Post to initiate the appropriate investigation and claim.
Once the package has been confirmed lost and the applicable claim process has been completed, you will receive a refund for your purchase in accordance with the applicable shipping coverage and claim outcome.

Damaged Artwork Upon Arrival

I want you to receive your artwork exactly as it was intended.
If your painting arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of:

Returns & Exchanges

Because each original artwork is a one-of-a-kind piece created by hand, I do not accept exchanges.
Returns are accepted only when an artwork arrives damaged during shipping, provided the damage is reported within 7 days of delivery and the required photographs and original packaging are retained.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect colour expectations, personal preference, or other reasons unrelated to shipping damage.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage/processing fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
